1. Money-Back Guarantee

24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on most of our hosting services. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

1.1 Eligibility

The money-back guarantee applies to:

  • First-time customers only
  • Initial purchase of hosting services
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the original purchase date

1.2 Exclusions

The money-back guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Renewal payments
  • Domain name registrations or transfers
  • Setup fees or administrative charges
  • Add-on services or upgrades
  • Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Valid Refund Reasons

Refunds may be granted for the following reasons:

  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service downtime exceeding our SLA commitments

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the 24-hour guarantee period
  • Failure to use the service
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Services already consumed or used
  • Third-party services or products

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your service at any time by:

3.2 Cancellation Terms

5. Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Loss of all data and services
  • Inability to receive future refunds

6. Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for:

  • Early cancellations
  • Downgrades to lower-tier plans
  • Unused portions of billing cycles

Exception: Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extended service outages or billing errors.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Downgrades: Changes take effect at the next billing cycle; no refunds for the current period

8. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds. Service credits:

  • Can be applied to future purchases
  • Are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Expire after 12 months if unused
